While the Covid-19 pandemic rages on nationwide and grim it may seem, we hope this current state of the pandemic is the storm before the lull. Setia Sky Residences is hunkering, closed all Common Facilities of the property, in compliance with the Standard Operating Procedures from the Ministry of Housing and Local Government.

Setia Sky Residences is not spared, some of our residents and staff are afflicted. As the safety and well-being remain a priority for all at Setia Sky Residences, deep cleansing and sanitization are carried out at all common areas used by those who were infected. The management also assists them in all manner of support to ensure those in quarantine in their respective units are comfortable and renders our service to their daily needs, while practicing the strictest SOP.

On a positive note, this shut-down of the common facilities has given
an opportune time for the Management to repair, upgrade and clean up these common area amenities without causing any inconveniences to
the residents. Some of the jacuzzies and water features in the property
which had been out of order for some time are now repaired, restoring the
ambience of the property.

Indeed, it will then be a pleasant surprise and reward for the residents when
the pandemic restrictions are lifted, to enjoy the reinstated resplendent and
newly refurbished facilities, reflecting the exclusive status, befitting of Setia
Sky Residences.
